II.  Kompetensi Dasar 
Merespon dan mengungkapkan makna dalam percakapan transaksional (to get things done) dan interpersonal (bersosialisasi)  resmi dan tak resmi secara akurat, lancar, dan berterima menggunakan ragam bahasa lisan yang melibatkan tindak tutur: menyatakan rasa tak percaya ( expressing:disbelief).





III. Indikator 
1.   Mengidentifikasi makna tindak tutur rasa tidak percaya. 
2.  Merespon dengan benar terhadap tindak tutur: menyatakan rasa tak percaya (expressing:disbelief).
3.  Melakukan berbagai tindak tutur dalam wacana lisan interpersonal/transaksional: menyatakan perasaan (expressing:disbelief).







IV. Tujuan Pembelajaran
 1.   Siswa dapat mengidentifikasi makna tindak tutur rasa tidak percaya (expressing:disbelief).
2.   Siswa dapat merespon dengan benar terhadap tindak tutur: menyatakan perasaan (expressing:disbelief).
3.  Siswa dapat melakukan berbagai tindak tutur dalam wacana lisan interpersonal/transaksional: menyatakan perasaan (expressing:disbelief).







V.  Materi Pokok 
Percakapan/dialog dan  pernyataan yang memuat ungkapan–ungkapan berikut:
Johny    : You may not believe that the earth is getting warming.
Dessy    : Really? I find that hard to believe. 
Johny    : I can’t believe that at first, but several days ago the news said that there was a global warming.
Dessy    : I can’t see that.








VI.  Langkah-langkah Kegiatan

1.       Kegiatan Awal

·  Guru memberi salam dan mengabsen.

·  Tanya-jawab sesuai dengan materi.



2.       Kegiatan Inti

·  Siswa mendengarkan contoh dialog yang dibacakan oleh guru.

·  Siswa mengurutkan contoh dialog sederhana yang sudah diacak oleh guru.

·  Guru dan siswa bersama-sama memeriksa dan membenarkan urutan dialog yang benar.

·  Siswa mengidentifikasi ungkapan rasa tak percaya yang ada dalam contoh dialog.

·  Siswa menjawab pertanyaan berdasarkan contoh percakapan yang telah diberikan oleh guru.

·  Siswa mempraktekkan contoh dialog yang diberikan.

·  Guru menjelaskan dan memberikan contoh-contoh ungkapan ungkapan rasa tak percaya pada siswa.

· Siswa secara berpasangan membuat dialog sederhana yang berisi ungkapan rasa tak percaya.

· Siswa mempraktekkan dialog yang sudah dibuat di depan kelas.



3.       Kegiatan Akhir

·  Guru dan siswa  mengulas pelajaran yang baru dipelajari.

· Guru memberikan tugas individu kepada siswa berkaitan dengan ungkapan rasa tak percaya.

Santi       : Well, the accident happened when a vehicle carrying … wait a minute, let me count … 16 passengers tried to avoid a police checkpoint by going around it, and struck an incoming car carrying five passengers.

Putu       : How terrible!

Santi       : Yes, it’s awful. And do you know what? 4,000 people die each year in road accidents.

Putu       : Oh, no, that’s not true! Where did the accident happen?

Santi       : It was on a highway near the Red Sea Port City of Jeddah.

Putu       : Jeddah? You mean … Saudi Arabia?

Santi       : Yes. By the way, don’t you know it’s also our problem as we can also because one of the victims. So, let’s learn to be more disciplined on the street. Am I right?

Putu       : Yes. I agree with you, Santi.

j.   Work in pair; make a simple dialogue using expressions of feeling disbelief and the response, at least one expression.
